"Creators are inactive - I was told to download this app by a family counselor who spoke highly of it. Needless to say I was throughly disappointed when I saw that nothing has been posted in a significant amount of time. I dont get any activity updates, and it doesn't ask questions like it should. Would have been nice tk see this app in action."

"I just couldn't wait to try out this app so I signed up pretty early, not too long after our son was born. I was half expecting that the app couldn't give me many ideas about a newborn but I didn't expect to receive activity suggestions that clearly don't make sense with a child that is only a few days old. I mean I gave you the date of birth so it should be easy to filter out things that don't apply out at least give me the option to answer "too young" or "doesn't apply". Now I seen to be stuck with the same activity suggestion. Even more disappointing: I registered my partner to also receive suggestions for our child. But her app shows the same screen all the time. Please sign up or login. We have successfully logged her in many times but she can't get in. All she sees from the app is that one screen."

"I agree it is misleading. There is no way to see what exactly it is until you pay for it. That process alone could be confusing as you are redirected somewhere else. There is not much room to customize and I found uneasy answering some of the few questions they asked before letting you in. The Muse app ended up not working for us. I requested a refund on the same day I signed up (paid) Feb 7th, 2017 and also sent a refund follow  up email on Feb 8th. I never heard back from them and I am still waiting for my $25 refund. The Muse app was deleted from my phone on the same day."

"No, the service isn't free, however, for only $25 a year that's a tiny investment for daily awareness of your child and CUSTOMIZED for each individual child! That's incredible. I want to buy this for every parent"
